Turmeric has a slightly bitter taste and musky aroma that will be familiar to curry lovers. Indeed it pairs well with cardamom, found in cuisines around the world, particularly India and the Middle East, and is largely thought to have a positive impact on daily well being, reducing blood pressure and improving respiratory function. The final ingredients used in the blend also provide health benefits as well as an excellent experience for the taste buds. Stevia, which is extracted from the rebaudiana plant found in South America is a natural sweetener while Black Pepper has a sharp bitter kick that can clear the head in an instant.
